PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
For your best experience, please use this procedure for pickup from the Chicago O’Hare and Midway International Airports:
O’Hare Airport Curbside Pick Up (Express Pick-Up)
1. Please proceed to the baggage claim level, whether or not you have checked baggage.
2. After you’re retrieved your luggage, please call us at 773-575-8169.
3. Please provide our dispatcher with your name or confirmation number, and the nearest exit door number.
4. We will give you a description of your limo along with its license plate number.
5. O’Hare Airport regulations require livery vehicles to remain in a holding lot until we have heard from the passenger Therefore, it may take anywhere from 10-15 minutes for your chauffeur to reach you.
Midway Airport Curbside Pick Up (Express Pick-Up)
1. Please proceed to the baggage claim level, whether or not you have checked baggage.2. After you’re retrieved your luggage, please call us at 773-575-8169.
3. Please provide our dispatcher with your name or confirmation number and proceed outside of door # 2.
4. We will give you a description of your limo along with its license plate number.
5. Midway Airport regulations require livery vehicles to remain in a holding lot until we have heard from the passenger. Therefore, it may take your chauffeur 5-10 minutes to reach you.
